Bailey Cassidy - Dispatcher (Northern)
Introducing Bailey Cassidy, she is a new member of our team who was previously employed at C3 for the past six years. With a specialisation in processing log trucks, her dedication and passion for the industry led her to become a versatile member, proficient in all three areas of the checkpoint.
Bailey's commitment to excellence and continuous growth propelled her to a leadership role as a team leader, overseeing and managing a team of 13 staff members. They ensured that all inductions and health and safety specifications within their area were up to standard, creating a safe and secure workplace environment for the entire team.
With a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, coupled with her extensive experience, dedication to safety, and exceptional leadership qualities make her an invaluable asset to our company. We are proud to have Bailey as a part of our team, continuously driving us towards excellence in the logging transport industry.

Tania Dickinson - Health & Safety Co-ordinator
Tania joined Aztec mid 2019 and has brought a lot of experience from her previous roles. Not scared to think outside the box she has introduced some much needed technological changes in the way Aztec runs its Health and Safety during her time at here so far.

Michelle Segetin - Operations Manager (Northern)
Michelle Segetin is an experienced professional in log transport and dispatching, now serving as the Operations Manager. With a deep understanding of the industry, Michelle has successfully coordinated and optimised log transportation processes, ensuring efficiency and safety. Her strong organisational skills and attention to detail allow her to streamline procedures and enhance productivity. Michelle is committed to continuous improvement, and she proactively identifies and resolves operational challenges, ensuring that Aztec remains at the forefront of the industry.

Garry Stewart - Operations (Central/Hauraki)
In February 2018, Garry reconnected with Aztec as the Central Operations Manager. With over nine years of previous experience in this role at Aztec, he brings invaluable industry knowledge and exceptional management skills to the company. During the past three years, Garry expanded his expertise in the Information Technology sector, which he will now leverage to enhance the business. His return to Aztec marks a significant addition of new skills and a wealth of experience that will contribute to the company's continued success.

Allan Gibbons- Planner/Dispatcher (Central/Hauraki)
Allan Gibbons joined Aztec in the central region in 2019, bringing with him a background in dispatching. Since then, he has found great satisfaction in the diverse responsibilities of dispatching the Aztec central fleet from the Rotorua office. Covering an expansive area from Auckland to Taumarunui, Allan handles the logistics for all points in between. His expertise in coordinating and optimising transportation operations ensures efficient deliveries and customer satisfaction. Allan's commitment to providing top-notch service contributes to Aztec's continued success in the central region.
